This roadmap outlines the planned evolution of the Signposting Toolkit as a clinically led, multi-module platform for UK GP practices.

It reflects the current state of the product (early 2026), balancing:

• usability and confidence for practice teams
• governance and safety
• scalability across multiple surgeries
